  • I keep getting asked how the transition to 3 kiddos has been, and while it’s obviously not a walk in the park, it also hasn’t been as hard as I thought it would be. Rosemary is slowly turning into my first “chill” baby, and so, (for now) I’m stickin’ with “the transition from 0 to 1 kid” was by far the hardest for me. After that it’s just amplifying the messes and the noise level🤪 —— What transition did you think was the hardest?? 0 to 1 kid? 1-2? 2-3? More than 3??

  • Anyone else’s kids want to wear the same thing like every single day? This girl would (and basically has been) wearing this dress every day since summer started. Just another reason why it feels like I do 5,321,489 loads of laundry per week😂🍷 #letthembelittle #teddymae
  • Hey mamas! I wanna tell you something! You don’t HAVE to enjoy every stage of motherhood. Wahhhh??? No seriously. You don’t. And you don’t need to feel bad or guilty about it either. You don’t have to feel guilty when another Mom posts about how “glorious” the newborn stage is while you feel like you’re drowning in it. It’s ok. We all have our own “hard”s. Some of us struggle through the newborn stage. For others it’s the terrible twos. For others it’s guilt for going back to work or not going back to work or for snuggling your baby too much or for not snuggling them enough. The guilt-inducing possibilities are ENDLESS in motherhood. And while I sit here in a stage where I often feel like I’m just barely surviving, I just want you to know that you’re not alone if your anxious to “get through” the stage you’re in now. Cuz that’s just the thing... these stages pass so quickly. You don’t have to be perfect at them all or love every second of each of them. You don’t have to solve every problem or be the best at every aspect of this dang hard job. Because guess what, NONE OF US ARE. Not even the mamas behind the Instagram feeds that may make you believe otherwise. God didn’t intend for every second of our journeys to be easy. I promise, that before you know it, a stage you hate will blossom into a stage that you adore. You can find peace in knowing that, in the wait, God WILL use the hard times to refine you. And also in knowing there are other mamas out there, like me, who are “being refined” right there beside you. YOU ARE A GOOD MAMA.👊🏼
